The Last Crusader
Across the burning desert wind
Through the dust of ancient wars
Pilgrims walked with silent prayers
Toward the long-forgotten shores
Shadows moved beyond the dunes
Eyes of fire in the night
But one man stood before them all
Armored in the holy light
A chalice bound upon his chest
A blade of fire in his hand
The heavens whispered through the storm
“You are the shield of this land.”
Ride, last crusader, ride through the flame
Guard the path in Heaven’s name
Through the darkness, through the night
Steel and fire, holy light
Strike the demons, break the chain
Let the righteous cross remain
Till the dawn and battle fade
Ride, last crusader… unafraid
From the abyss the demons came
Claws of shadow, wings of black
Howling curses in the wind
Swarming for the final attack
But the sword of sacred fire
Cut their darkness down like rain
Every strike a blazing storm
Every demon torn in pain
The Grail burned bright against his heart
A star no night could claim
For every beast that dared to rise
Was swallowed by the flame
Ride, last crusader, ride through the flame
Guard the path in Heaven’s name
Through the darkness, through the night
Steel and fire, holy light
Strike the demons, break the chain
Let the righteous cross remain
Till the dawn and battle fade
Ride, last crusader… unafraid
When the crimson dawn arose
And the holy city shone
Pilgrims crossed the sacred gates
But the warrior stood alone
For the dust where he had fought
Held no breath and held no cry
Only armor, sword and flame
Underneath the desert sky
Ride, last crusader, ride through the flame
Guardian none could name
Though the darkness sought your soul
Heaven forged your final role
Now the whispers still remain
In the wind across the sand
For the pilgrims reached the gates
By the ghost of a holy hand
